I am married and have two sons, ages 5 and 7, as well as a whole bunch of pets.
Share your favourite memory with your family
Just recently we all snuck away to a gorgeous house in a rainforest, that also had views of the ocean, and from there we went down to a hidden waterfall in front of which my wife and I got married!
Pretty hard to top that 😊
Tell us a family tradition that’s unique to your clan
Despite living all around the country, my parents, my siblings, and our partners all get together on zoom to do the quiz in the Saturday edition of the Adelaide Advertiser.
Don’t get me wrong though – this is a competitive event.
What’s the funniest thing your child has said?
My youngest has an uncanny knack for repeating grown up terms and phrases at the perfect moment. Don’t know how he does it.
Do you have any pets? If so, introduce us!
I have two chihuahua’s named Tony and Lani, and two cats – an old boy named Ricky, and a kitten named Baby Ricky.
What is your pet named after?
Tony is named after Antonio Banderas, Lani is named after Melanie Griffiths, Ricky is named after Ricky Ponting, and Baby Ricky is named after the older Ricky!

I love comics, boardgames, and vinyl. Nerd trifecta!
What are your tips for staying connected during a pandemic?
I think you should push yourself to do video calls with your friends and family. Even if just catching up on the phone isn’t normally your thing (guilty!), I’ve always found myself very grateful to my wife for suggesting it.
